Black rice pudding

Grocery list:
- 1 Tax black rice
- 2 glasses of water
- Vanilla
- 1/4 tax coconut sugar or brown sugar
- 1 Tax coconut milk
- Pinch of salt
- 1 ripe banana
Preparation:
Soak black rice in water for about 3 hours.
During this time, it should initially swell, but we need to cook it on low heat for about 30-40 minutes. We prepared a pudding, to make it tastier, it is worth adding fresh fruit to it when cooking, e.g. Bananas, vanilla, sweeten with coconut or brown sugar to taste. Pour coconut milk over the finished pudding and serve!
