Steam distilled leaves are released by a uniquely sweet citrus oil that is perfect for mood-boosting and nerve- soothing PREPARATION s. It takes a huge amount of leaves to produce the least amount of essential oil, so it's best used in aromatherapy blends. When used in a Melissa diffuser, it helps relieve anxiety.

Ingredients : 100% lemon balm leaf oil.

DIRECTIONS : In a vaporizer: place 6 to 8 drops of essential oil in the vaporizer or burner.

Inhalations: Place 3 to 5 drops of essential oil in a bowl of very hot water and inhale the vapors for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation only for children over 10 years.)

For massage: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of carrier oil such as almond oil or jojoba oil.

Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil per 20 ml of carrier oil. To stir in water.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: For external use only . Avoid eye contact. Do not use directly on the skin. Not for children under 5 years old.

Store in a dry and cool place out of the reach of small children.
