Organic whole grain pasta. Made from freshly ground organic einkorn wholemeal flour. Einkorn flour is characterized by high fiber content, which improves bowel function and causes swelling in the digestive tract, which can lead to a loss of appetite for sweets. Einkorn flour is also rich in amino acids, B vitamins, phosphorus, zinc and iron.
