Adults, especially obese individuals (BMI 30+ kg/m2): 2 drops;

Adults, especially pregnant and breastfeeding women, night shift workers, dark-skinned people, obese children (BMI above the 90th percentile of the local population): 2 drops;

Children from 18 months to 15 years: 1 drop;

Children aged 1 to 18 months and premature infants (after consultation with a doctor): 1 drop.

Note: Use in children under 18 months and when taking anticoagulants (vitamin K antagonists such as coumarin-type anticoagulants) should be discussed with a doctor.

STORAGE CONDITIONS

Keep out of reach of young children, store at a temperature of 6-25°C and protect from sunlight. Use within 6 months after opening.
