DESCRIPTION

Sesame halva is traditionally made in many countries in the Middle East, Balkans and Eastern Europe (mainly using sunflower seeds). Each of these regions is characterized by a slightly different selection of additives such as poppy seeds, nuts or dried fruit. Sesame seeds are rich in micro and macro elements such as phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, but also iron, copper and manganese. They are also a natural source of niacin, i.e. vitamin B3 and derivatives of compounds. They support metabolic processes, support blood circulation in the skin and also help reduce bad cholesterol levels. Halva is perfect for a snack or a nutritious dessert. Due to the wealth of valuable ingredients, it can successfully replace other sweets.

of high quality. Some of the sugar has been replaced with tapioca syrup. The addition of natural vanilla gives halva a pleasant taste and aroma, making the bitterness of sesame even less noticeable.
