Purpose: Lemon Balm and Hawthorn relieve anxiety, irritability, and mental tension and help induce sleep. They help calm you down.

Application: Use after diluting with a little water or undiluted. It is recommended to take 3 teaspoons (15 ml) before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of the product.

It is not recommended to be given to children under 7 years old.
