JURA's homemade beetroot is a product prepared with respect for tradition and using natural ingredients, evoking the flavors of childhood family holidays. Beetroot is an exceptionally healthy vegetable and a true nutrient bomb. This inconspicuous, dark red tuber contains, among other things: blood-forming iron, which supports the function of the digestive tract; fiber, which improves intestinal peristalsis; and B vitamins, which affect the condition of hair, skin, and nails. Beetroot is also rich in mineral salts – potassium, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, copper, chlorine, fluorine, zinc, boron, lithium, and rare molybdenum – and vitamins A, C, E, and K. Our beetroot is recommended both for dinner and as a pure, incredibly healthy snack.
