Honey rings MIND from the Latvian family brand MILZU! are rye oat flakes made from organic rye flour, with the addition of organic oats and organic sugar, produced in organically certified companies. They are free of dyes, E-substances and genetically modified organisms. They contain the natural vitamins B and E, as well as a lot of fiber (10.5 g in 100 g) and protein (18 g in 100 g).
