INGREDIENTS

Rye flakes * 100% (* certified organic ingredient)

DESCRIPTION
Organic rye flakes are made from crushed rye grains. Rye flakes are a perfect suggestion for a daily breakfast. They taste best with the addition of yoghurt, grain drink and fruit.

PREPARATION
Cook the flakes in a 1:2 ratio (1 portion of flakes to 2 portions of water or milk) for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
