The Common Goldenrod (Solidago virgaurea) is known in folk medicine as goldenrod, goldenrod, Polish mimosa. It belongs to the Asteraceae family. It grows in many countries of Europe, North America, and Asia. Goldenrod supports the body's immune system, alleviates menopause symptoms, and promotes the mobility and flexibility of the joints.
