Ingredients

Filler: microcrystalline cellulose; starch, cholecalciferol (Vit. D), menaquinone-7 MK-7 (Vit. K) from Bacillus subtilis natto, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

The product may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, gluten-containing cereals, eggs, crustaceans, and fish.

Usage Instructions

Take 1 serving (1 tablet) daily with a meal. The product is suitable for individuals over 75 years of age.

Before taking, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D test in the blood and discuss the test result with your doctor or pharmacist.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Do not take the product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. The product should not be used by children, pregnant women, nursing mothers, and individuals taking anticoagulants with vitamin K antagonists (e.g., warfarin and acenocoumarol). Keep out of reach of small children.

Store at 15-25°C, in a closed container, in a dry place. Protect from direct sunlight.
