Ingredients:
Psyllium husks (husk) whole plantain (Plantago psyllium L.).

Recommended daily dose for positive effect

Method of use:
Adults: 1 to 2 measuring spoons (15 ml) vigorously mix in at least 350 ml of water or juice and consume immediately, once daily.
Drink plenty of additional fluids throughout the day.
Start with smaller amounts and gradually increase over several weeks to 2 measuring spoons (15 ml).
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Consumption date and batch number on the bottom of the package
