Ingredients:
Aquamin® TG derived from marine algae, magnesium oxide, magnesium diglycinate, magnesium taurate, magnesium salts of citric acid (magnesium citrate), calcium salts of citric acid (calcium citrate), anti-caking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), maltodextrin, zinc mono-L-methionine sulfate (L-OptiZinc®), anti-caking agent (cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, vegetable fatty acids), coating agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, cellulose powder), cholecalciferol, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of vegetable fatty acids, silicon dioxide).

Usage recommendation:
1-2 tablets daily with a meal, with a glass of water.
