NOW® Coenzyme Q10 100 mg also contains hawthorn berries (Crataegus monogyna). Ubiquinone (Coenzyme Q10) is an organic chemical compound from the quinone group. Ubiquinone naturally occurs in the mitochondria of plant and animal cells.

DESCRIPTION:

Coenzyme Q10 is a vitamin-like substance produced by the body, but its production decreases with age and is insufficient from the age of 35 onwards. Coenzyme Q10: slows down the aging process, increases the body's energy efficiency, improves heart muscle function, prevents atherosclerosis, and is one of the strongest antioxidants.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Take 1 capsule daily with a high-fat meal and a glass of water.
