Ingredients: Magnesium taurate, magnesium citrate,
magnesium bisglycinate, capsule (coating agent - hydroxypropylmethyl
hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), magnesium malate, tripotassium citrate,
L-leucine, rice bran flour, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6),
thiamine hydrochloride (thiamine), riboflavin (vitamin B2).

Method of use: 2 capsules daily. The capsules should be swallowed with a small amount of water.
