Purpose:
Goat's beard supports the calming of the nervous system and is helpful in coping with stress. It contributes to the restoration of physical and mental well-being. Lemon balm and lavender help reduce feelings of tension, support relaxation, and decrease irritability. Hops contribute to calming the nervous system and, together with valerian, lemon balm, and lavender, facilitate falling asleep and support maintaining healthy sleep.

Ingredients:
Fillers - sorbitol, cellulose, valerian root - 75 mg/tablet, lemon balm leaf - 75 mg/tablet, angelica root - 60 mg/tablet, hop cones - 45 mg/tablet, lavender flower - 45 mg/tablet, anti-caking agents - magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

The content of individual components per recommended daily dose (3 tablets) is as follows: valerian root - 225 mg, lemon balm leaf - 225 mg, angelica root - 180 mg, hop cones - 135 mg, lavender flower - 135 mg.

Usage instructions:
Adults: It is recommended to take 1 tablet 3 times daily with liquid.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of the product.

Warnings:
The dietary supplement is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
Due to the content of angelica, the preparation should be used with caution in case of hypersensitivity to ultraviolet (UV) radiation.

Store in a closed container and out of reach of small children.
