DESCRIPTION:

Echinacea stimulates the immune system. It promotes the process of phagocytosis (engulfing and destroying pathogens and dead cells). It stimulates leukocytes to release antiviral substances such as interferons, particularly interferon β. It increases the activity of macrophages (phagocytes), which by releasing interleukin-1 stimulate lymphocytes, the cells that form the basis of the specific immune response. This leads to increased resistance to viral, fungal, and bacterial infections. In case of infection, it shortens its duration. These properties of echinacea preparations are attributed to caffeic acid derivatives (chicoric acid, echinacoside), lipophilic alkylamides, and polysaccharides.

INGREDIENTS:

Mixture (Extract from root and aerial parts of Echinacea purpurea (L.), Extract from the root of Echinacea angustifolia DC. [1:1]), Humectant: Glycerin; purified water.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Take 1 ml (28 drops) daily, diluted in a small amount of water. Shake before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose for consumption.
