Mg12 Renewal Epsom Salt for Baths

The salt bath is ideal for freeing the body from toxins after a strenuous day and restoring its energy balance. It has stress-relieving and calming effects, as well as antifungal and antibacterial properties. At a high temperature and with a sufficiently long bath, the process of salt absorption through the skin begins, which has a relaxing effect and facilitates falling asleep. The high quality of the natural Epsom salt from kieserite also allows for internal use during detoxification cures.

The raw material used for the production of Mg12 Renewal Epsom salt is pure kieserite, sourced from natural Zechstein deposits in Saxony. It may have an uneven color and contain fine impurities. A chemically pure product for external and internal use.

Instructions for Use

Dissolve about 0.5 kg of Epsom salt in a medium-sized bath filled with hot water.
Do not use cleaning agents as they may affect the salt's effectiveness. However, you can add a few drops of your preferred essential oil to make the bath more pleasant.
If you are very tired, you can use more salt.
If you only want to soak tired or swollen feet and ankles, step into the magnesium salt bath and relax.
The bath should last about 15-20 minutes to achieve the desired effect - relaxation and well-being. During this time, your body cleanses itself of toxins, and the salts act on the heated skin.
After the bath, rinse your body under running water.
