MCT Nut Vanilla Oil contains medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) - fats naturally found in coconut and palm oils. They are lighter and quicker to digest than other types of fat. MCTs are absorbed directly into the blood vessels of the liver and are completely metabolized by the liver. They begin to break down in the mouth, and their complete breakdown occurs quickly and does not require much energy.
A natural color change may occur with this product.

DOSAGE AND APPLICATION
1 tablespoon (15 ml) daily

MCT oil can be used as a replacement for traditional oils in salad dressings, sauces or for cooking. Due to the low smoke emission, it is not recommended for frying.
