DESCRIPTION
The Maitake mushroom, also known as the dancing mushroom or ram's head mushroom, is a species of mushroom with the scientific name Grifola frondosa. It is an edible mushroom valued for its taste and health properties. Maitake is commonly used in cooking and traditional medicine, especially in Asian countries such as Japan and China.

Organic Maitake mushroom (Grifola frondosa) in powder form; capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

USAGE
2 times daily, 1 capsule each time.
