PREPARATION contains magnesium in the form of 100% amino acid chelate. Amino acid chelates are characterized by high absorption, because they have a low molecular weight, they are small enough to easily penetrate the intestinal walls. They are characterized by stability, which is maintained in all pH ranges occurring in the digestive process, and neutrality - amino acid chelates are neutral and therefore do not react with other food components, eg phytins, vitamin E, vitamin C, with B vitamins

INGREDIENTS

Amount per daily dose (4 tablets):
Magnesium (Magnesium Bisglycinate*, Magnesium Oxide) - 400 mg

APPLICATION
1 to 4 tablets daily
Best taken with a meal or as directed.
