Cold-pressed linseed oil World Oils 250ml Oleofarm
Linseed oil is obtained from the seeds of the linseed by cold pressing. Due to its distinctive taste, it is recommended as an accompaniment to salads, salads, bread and cold-prepared meat and fish dishes. Flaxseed oil is characterized by high levels of unsaturated fats, including polyunsaturated fats, and high levels of omega-3 fatty acids, which are essential fatty acids (EFAs). Replacing saturated fats in the diet with unsaturated fats helps maintain proper cholesterol levels.
