Gamma-aminobutyric acid can promote relaxation and alleviate the effects of nervous tension. It is especially recommended for people exposed to high levels of oxidative stress due to physical exertion or demanding work.

Recommended use:

2 lozenges 1-2 times per day. Suck or chew the tablet until it dissolves in the mouth, and swallow after dissolving, if necessary with a glass of water. Preferably between meals (on an empty stomach).
