Composition and method of application

Ingredients:

Cholin-Duvinat, alpha-lipoic acid, coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, coating agent: gellan gum, maltodextrin, thiamine hydrochloride (thiamine), riboflavin (riboflavin), nicotinamide (niacin), calcium D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid), ubiquinol (coenzyme Q10), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid (folic acid), D-biotin (biotin), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Type of application: 1 capsule daily with sufficient water. For optimal absorption, take about thirty minutes before a meal. Do not take simultaneously with supplements containing minerals such as calcium, magnesium, iron, or zinc. Do not take simultaneously with dairy products.
