Raspberry Mousse - Blackcurrant slightly sweetened ORGANIC 500 ml - DIRECTLY FROM THE VILLAGE

The raspberry (Rubus idaeus L.) is a shrub that is widespread in Poland. The raspberry is grown all over the world for its delicious, mostly pink, color and pleasant sweet fruity aroma. It belongs to the rose family and is a perennial plant. Among other things, raspberries are rich in natural antioxidants, vitamins C and E, which affect the transmission of nerve impulses, regulate water and electrolyte balance, potassium and vitamins B essential for the proper functioning of the nervous system.
Blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum L.) is a temperate plant from the gooseberry family from Eurasia. The blackcurrant is valued above all for its small, tart-sweet fruit and has numerous health-promoting properties. 100 g of its fruit cover more than two and a half times our need for vitamin C, so it is recommended for colds. In addition, the blackcurrant is rich in soluble fiber, i.e. pectin, which can prevent an excessive increase in plasma cholesterol and high blood sugar levels. Blackcurrants are also a source of vitamin A, which has an impact on healthy eyesight.
Organic raspberry and currant mousse, sweetened, pasteurized, seedless. We made our mousse from a combination of puree juice and 7% organic sugar. The puree juice received the “Quality – Tradition” certificate. It is made using an artisanal method using only fresh, cold-grated Polish organic fruit. No addition of frozen fruit or concentrates.
