Usage:
Tired, irritated eyes? Long hours in front of a computer screen or polluted, dry air are a real nightmare for them. It is difficult to change the workplace or the city, but it is easy to make a soothing infusion of eyebright. Washing the eyelids or even a relaxing quarter of an hour with compresses relaxes the eyes, reduces redness, and nourishes the skin.

Instructions for use:
Pour boiling water (200 ml) over 1 teaspoon of eyebright herb, cover and let steep for 5 minutes, cool and strain. Use the freshly prepared eyebright infusion and sterile gauze to make compresses or to wash the eyelids and eye area.

Store in a dry place.
