GENTLE DAY TAMPONS SUPER PLUS 100% ORGANIC COTTON 15 PCS
Gentle Day ® takes care of your health!
Tampons made from 100% organic cotton
How are Gentle Day® tampons different from others?
Gentle Day® tampons are made with 100% strength. While most tampons on the market today are made from viscose (or viscose) cotton, most tampons on the market are made of rayon. Viscose can contain harmful chemicals that build up in the body. Organic cotton is grown without the use of pesticides, fungicides, herbicides, radiation, without the use of genetic engineering.
Gentle Day® tampons are wrapped in a hypoallergenic mesh, also known as the "protective mesh". This net protects the tampon from detachment and fibers and keeps the tampon supple. On the other hand, viscose tampons, even with mesh, are more dangerous because viscose is a highly absorbent fiber. This fiber expands and sticks to the vaginal walls (especially in the last few days when the canal is narrowed due to low
bleeding is drier) - and this can create favorable environments for the bacteria that cause Toxic Shock Syndrome (ZWT). ZWT - is a rare but serious disease. It occurs when our body detects foreign objects in the body. To avoid WPT, it is recommended to use tampons with the lowest possible absorption made of natural and cotton fibers, change them often and keep yourself with
to alternate bindings.
Gentle Day® tampons contain no harmful substances < chemical, chlorine-free, dioxin-free and odorless. Conventional tampons or pads can contain harmful chemicals, especially those that have been bleached with chlorine. Dioxin can be detected in such articles.
Dioxin is a secondary substance produced when chlorine is used. It is closely related to cancer. Due to the toxic properties of dioxin, a woman's reproductive system can also be harmed. It is linked to endometriosis and can even affect the immune system.
Gentle Day® tampons have been tested by independent laboratories and found to be hypoallergenic and non-irritating and registered JAVFDA (Food
and drug administration). They are organic GOTS and
ICEA certified.
Why choose organic hygiene products?
On average, a woman uses about 12,000 tampons or pads throughout her life. It is very important to use ecological and as natural materials as possible (especially tampons used inside), since chemical substances are easily absorbed through the vaginal mucosa.
In
In ordinary tampons you will find substances that can be harmful to the human body and chemicals, one of these substances is dioxin.
Dioxin is a secondary substance that results from the use of chlorine. It accumulates in the body. It is closely related to cancer. Traditional companies use chlorine to whiten tampons and sanitary napkins, so the woman's reproductive system can also be harmed due to dioxin's toxic and carcinogenic properties. It is linked to endometriosis and can even affect the immune system.
Most tampons are made of viscose (rayon). Viscose tampons are more dangerous because rayon is a highly absorbent fiber. This fiber expands, loses its strength, and sticks to the walls of the vagina when the tampon is removed. The remaining fibers create a favorable environment for the bacteria, which can lead to infection and toxic shock syndrome. Use best
Organic cotton tampons as they contain no chemicals, pesticides or herbicides that are harmful to the environment.
What are tampons for?
Hygiene tampons are designed to absorb menstrual blood in the vagina. Bleeding during menstruation is different for every woman. This depends on many factors - age, contraceptive used, number of births and general health.
Tampons are therefore made in different sizes and with different degrees of absorption, so that each woman can choose the one that best suits her
size fits
Why is it important to choose the right size and absorbency tampon?
Tampon use can cause a rare but very serious condition - Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS). A DTT can happen if we choose a tampon that is too strong or too little absorbent, or if we don't replace the tampon in time. The tampon expands and expands as it absorbs blood, so it can happen that separation fibers (especially viscose tampons) stick to the vaginal walls. The organism repelling foreign bodies "turns on" the defense mechanism - immunity, therefore it can be accompanied by symptoms such as weakness, vomiting, sudden high fever, dizziness, fainting, muscle pain, skin irritations similar to burns. If you experience any of these symptoms, immediately choose a tampon and consult a doctor.
What are the absorbance levels? Gentle Day® tampons have 3 levels of absorption:
Tampons marked 2 drops (Regular) absorb approximately 6-9 g of liquid and are used for moderate bleeding (yellow strip pack), 3 drops (Super) -
absorb 9-12 g and are used in case of heavy bleeding (pack with green stripes), 4 drops (Super Plus) - absorb 12-15 g - are used in case of heavy bleeding (pack with blue stripes).
Replace the tampon every 3-6 hours or more often if needed. For the night
better use pads.
When is the best time to take it
tampons?
Only use tampons when it is really necessary: for sports, bathing, bathing, important appointments (to avoid leakage). To feel safe using tampons, stick the Gentle Day® panty liner inside your panties. It protects when you cannot change the tampon on time (after 3-6 hours), better choose Gentle Day® pads because they absorb extremely well, and the anionic strip protects against unpleasant odor and reproductive bacteria.
