Usage: pour half a teaspoon of turmeric rhizome (approx. 1.3 g) with 1 cup of boiling water (150 ml), let steep for 10 minutes. Strain. Drink the freshly prepared warm infusion once daily. 1.3 g of long turmeric rhizome (half a teaspoon) is the daily consumption amount. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
