Pea protein*, corn starch*, potato starch*, inulin*, thickener: guar gum*; Broad bean protein*, salt (* from certified organic farming)

DESCRIPTION
Vegan substitute for protein. Perfect for baking macaroons, cookies, nut biscuits, meringues and other pastries. It can also be used to prepare desserts, e.g. vegan chocolate mousse, or to prepare homemade vegan mayonnaise.
A pack of 40 g corresponds to 8 egg whites.

APPLICATION
10 g (approx. 2 teaspoons) protein substitute and 75 ml water replace 2 egg whites. Add 75ml water to the EGG Protein Substitute and beat for 5 minutes until foam is firm.

A NOTICE
For every additional 10 g of product, the whipping time increases by 1 minute.
