50 ml (2 scoops) once a day or 25 ml (1 scoop) twice a day half an hour before a meal. The recommended daily dose (50 ml) contains 1500 mg nettle leaf extract, which corresponds to 6 g of plant material. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Keep out of the reach of small children, in a dry and cool place, after opening at a temperature of +2 °C to +6 °C for no longer than 21 days.

The dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet are essential to maintaining good health.
