This organic wholegrain spelt porridge is made from wholegrain spelt. We recommend it as an ingredient for pudding and pulses, for thickening soups and sauces, and for preparing porridge with milk and fruit. It contains high-quality protein and a high proportion of fibre. The fibre swells in the intestine, providing a long-lasting feeling of fullness and enabling slower absorption of glucose into the blood, thereby preventing rapid blood sugar spikes. It supports intestinal cleansing, improves digestion and stimulates intestinal peristalsis. It helps to relieve the unpleasant symptoms of constipation as well as pain in the lower abdomen and bloating.

DESCRIPTION

PREPARATION OF MILK PORRIDGE
Pour 200 ml MILK into a pot and add two tablespoons of porridge. Bring to the boil while stirring constantly until a smooth consistency forms, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
