DESCRIPTION

Organic oat bran is a product created by milling oats into oat flour. The bran consists primarily of the outer, most valuable layer of the grain, i.e., the fruit and seed hull. Bran is an excellent source of fiber. We recommend adding it to your morning porridge and as a coating for cutlets, as an addition to cakes, vegetable pies, bread, and sauces. We recommend briefly heat-treating the bran before consumption.
