DESCRIPTION
Organic buckwheat flakes are made from crushed buckwheat grains. They have almost the same properties as buckwheat. They can be eaten alone or with other flakes. We recommend them as a side dish to meat dishes, soups, cereals, and desserts. Buckwheat bread can also be baked from buckwheat flakes.

PREPARATION
Cook the flakes in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of flakes to 2 portions of water or milk) in a slow cooker on fire for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
