DESCRIPTION :
Spicy, refreshing and juicy pure grapefruit essential oil, pressed from the fruit's peel, is warming, calming, brightening and rejuvenating for the body and mind, excellent for the skin and soul.
COMPOSITION:
100% citrus oil paradisi (grapefruit)
APPLICATION :
In the Vaporizer: Place 6 to 8 drops of essential oil in the vaporizer or burner. Inhalation: Place 3 to 5 drops of essential oil in a bowl of very hot water and inhale the vapors for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation only for children over 10 years old.) For massage: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil in 10 ml of carrier oil such as almond oil or jojoba oil. Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil per 20 ml of carrier oil. To stir in water.
