Leave the bowl in a warm place for 4 weeks, stirring the liquid from time to time. During this time, the fermentation process takes place, when the reaction is complete, the foam is not generated on the surface. This means the vinegar is ready. It should then be bottled and kept cool. Homemade vinegar should be controlled as there is a risk of mold growth - as soon as you notice it, you should stop eating it.
