Apple contains vitamins C, E, K, B vitamins and minerals: calcium, iron, magnesium, sodium, potassium, zinc and phosphorus. Pear contains vitamins A, C, E, B vitamins and minerals: potassium, zinc, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, sodium, copper, iron, boron and iodine.
