Garam Masala is a good addition to meat and vegetable dishes and soups. It gives them a distinctive flavor and rich aroma. It can be used not only for oriental cuisine. It goes perfectly with poultry, especially chicken, and also with tofu. To maintain the intensity of this spice, always add it at the end of cooking. It perfectly emphasizes the taste of salads, especially those with tomatoes. It perfectly complements the taste of fish dishes. Garam masala added to the soup makes it warm.
