Spanish sage seeds contain around 25% valuable protein, which is why they are popular with vegans and vegetarians. They are also high in calcium, so they are often a supplement to a dairy-free diet. Chia seeds also provide the body with alpha-linolenic, palmitic, linoleic and oleic acid, which can have beneficial effects, among other things. for memory and concentration. In addition, they are a source of valuable vitamins: A, B, E and D, antioxidants and minerals such as iron, iodine, sulfur, magnesium, manganese, potassium, niacin and thiamine.

Chia seeds are eagerly used by travelers. First, because they are light and at the same time provide a lot of protein. In addition, they are a rich source of fiber, which makes them feel full for a long time and supports the proper functioning of the digestive system.
