Tento olej je lisován z pečlivě vybraných a testovaných vlašských ořechů. Vyznačuje se typickou ořechovou vůní, charakteristickou chutí a světle slámovou barvou. Díky procesu „studeného“ lisování zůstávají mastné kyseliny obsažené v tomto oleji nezměněny.
