Tento olej je lisován z pečlivě vybraných a testovaných vlašských ořechů. Vyznačuje se typickou ořechovou vůní, charakteristickou chutí a světle slámovou barvou. Díky procesu „studeného“ lisování zůstávají mastné kyseliny obsažené v tomto oleji nezměněny.

Tento olej se vyznačuje vysokým obsahem omega-3 mastných kyselin. Olej je přírodní produkt. Následující vlastnosti oleje se mohou mírně lišit: barva, vůně a chuť.
