Το κρύα πιεσμένο και ωμό ηλιέλαιο παράγεται από προσεκτικά επιλεγμένους και ελεγμένους ακαβούρνιστους ηλιόσπορους.
Διακρίνεται για το αρωματικό άρωμα και τη γεύση, χαρακτηριστικά των ηλιόσπορων, καθώς και για το κίτρινο χρώμα. Με τη μέθοδο της «κρύας» πίεσης, τα λιπαρά οξέα και η βιταμίνη Ε που περιέχονται σε αυτό το λάδι παραμένουν αμετάβλητα. Αυτό το λάδι είναι ένα φυσικό προϊόν, χαρακτηρίζεται από υψηλή περιεκτικότητα σε ακόρεστα λιπαρά.
